Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
   • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping
   • Standard (USPS Priority Mail): 3–5 business days, $5 flat rate.
   • Expedited (UPS 2nd Day Air): 2 business days, $15 flat rate.
   • Overnight (UPS Next Day Air): 1 business day, $25 flat rate.

3. Free Shipping
   • Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75.

4. Order Tracking
   • You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

5. Delivery Issues
   • If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us at support@lunaluxe.com within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.

6. Holiday & Seasonal Delays
   • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), please allow an extra 1–2 business days for processing.
